How Balkan Shock ships
Every Balkan Shock piece is printed only after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so there is a short making step before anything is posted.
Production time
2–7 business days. This is when your shirt or hoodie is actually being printed and finished.
Delivery time after dispatch
- Czechia and the EU: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 5–10 business days
- Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania: 7–15 business days
- United States and Canada: 4–8 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
So most EU orders arrive within about two weeks of ordering, and most others within two to three weeks.
Where your order is made
Orders are printed at the fulfilment centre closest to you, usually in Latvia, Spain or the United Kingdom for European orders, and in the United States for North American orders. This keeps delivery shorter and the carbon footprint smaller.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what is in your basket. You see the exact amount before you pay.
Customs and duties
Orders inside the EU have no customs charges. Orders to Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Australia may attract import duty or VAT collected by your local carrier on delivery. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay here.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address, but the reshipping cost is yours.
